Every job priced before we start. No surprises on the invoice, no walking off mid-week.
Repairs & servicing
Annual service with a Gas Safety check from £85. Boiler refusing to fire? We aim to be on site within 24 hours; Sundays included for existing customers.
Power flushing
Cold radiators at the bottom? Black sludge in the system? A proper MagnaCleanse flush, not a hose-pipe job. Comes with a five-year warranty.
Central heating
New radiators, full system designs, underfloor for that extension you're finally building. Quoted properly with a heat-loss calculation.
Smart heating controls

You get the number before we start, in writing. If we miscalculate, that's on us. No "while we were under the floor we noticed…" creeping into your invoice.

Every Worcester Bosch we install carries a ten-year parts & labour guarantee. If anything goes pear-shaped in that time, we're the ones who come back out.
03 · How it works
From your first call to a warm house, four steps.
Most boiler swaps go from enquiry to commissioning in under a fortnight. Repairs usually same week.
Step 01
Phone or form, ten minutes
Tell us what's playing up, what's in the cupboard, and roughly when you'd like it sorted. We'll let you know if it's a same-day call-out or a quote visit.
Step 02
Survey & fixed quote
For installs and big jobs, Mike or Joel will come round, look at the system, measure properly, and email a fixed quote within 48 hours. Free, no obligation.
Step 03
The work itself
We turn up when we said we would, in a clean van, with the boiler already on board. Dust sheets out, old boiler in the skip, new boiler commissioned and registered.
Step 04
Aftercare
Benchmark logbook filled in. Worcester ten-year guarantee registered for you. Annual service reminder lands on your doormat each September.
